"Lovely modern, clean, cosy and comfortable town house accomodation for our family to use as a city centre base to explore all that Christchurch has to offer by foot or the excellent bus network. Two double beds and a nice double sofa bed in the lounge was able to easily accommodate our family of five. Kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater. Overall we were delighted with our choice of accomodation and it was a perfect place to stay."

"I stayed with my daughter and her family on a 2 week holiday, for the last few days my mother and I stayed at the adjacent property. The entire process from booking, to checking in, paying and leaving was simple. Everything we needed was there, it was warm and comfortable and also close to shops and walking distance to the CBD. One thing to watch out for - cars parked on the street can be a bit tricky to navigate dependant on the size of your car when reversing out of the driveway. Definitely on...

"Beautiful apartment, really enjoyed relaxing there after a day of activities. The ONLY downside apart from the lack of parking lol, was I had dropped a can of hairspray that rolled under the bed. When I retrieved it, I also found alot of rubbish from what I assume was from previous guests. I disposed of it, no big deal. But if you're paying cleaners, I would be expecting them to double check little things like that. But otherwise the cleanliness was fantastic"

"Neat , tidy , very well presented , small but perfect for a weekend getaway with friends . Quiet, well sound proofed , plenty of scooters about for a quick zoom into town ! and handy to Hagley for morning walks. Would defo stay again."

"This property was great for location, close to everything. The bedding configurations allow for large families. The communication between the property manager and myself was excellent. Although the property is near the road there is a fenced back yard which would make it suitable for young children. I booked this for family visiting from the North and it could not have been more suitable."

"Poor communication re booking in, I didn't receive any emails to confirm check in arrangements and when I called, customer service was quite rude. Street parking. Great accommodation for young and fit, three levels, too many stairs."

"This was ideal for my daughter and mother in law. One small caveat I wasn’t clear there were 3 floors and stairs are very tricky for my aging MiL, but that may be my reading of the ad. Great spot."
