We appreciate your feedback, and we are glad you enjoyed the facilities, unfortunately the seaweed, is a seasonal issue and this is completely out of our hands, on behalf of the city hall, there's people cleaning the beach everyday, but some days the smell can be strong, we hope you come back and that next time you don't encounter this issue.

Hola James, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, regarding the narrow beach, this is a seasonal fenomenon and at this time of the year we have high tide, if you return in summer, there's always more beach extension, and about the hot tub we did offer to have your hot tub cleaned, but you didn't want us to do it, we don't keep cleaning items because we want to do this for our guests. I hope you return and we will do our best to make your stay go smoothly.See you next time!

Hola Charlene, thank you for your feedback, The beach is constantly changing and it's never the same, some days the water is crystal clear with lots of beach in front of the beach club and in other seasons we get sargassum and beach shortens,it's impossible to know but we appreciate you for taking the time to share your comments.Hopefuly you decide to return some day, to enjoy all the different activities that Playa del Carmen has to offer!

Hola Janeth, we appreciate your feedback and we are sorry your experience was not what you expected, regarding your complaints, unfortunately some things are completely out of our hands (the piece of land accross the street is privately owned) and we understand how this may have affected your view, and about the power outage (as I mentioned when you called to report it) this was something that happened in all downtown area in Playa, this was not due to an internal problem in the building. About the smell in the toilet we wish you had reported it promptly so we could have done something about it, we hope you consider giving us a second oportunity to do our best to provide a better experience.

We undersrtand that this was an issue during your stay and this is why we informed to you about this problem before your arrival, and offered you another apartment with the same ammenities and layout, I think it's important to mention that we did offer to your family another apartment during your whole stay to shower and you accepted to stay in the apartment knowing about this, also we did replace the water heater during your stay but unfortunately it came faulty, I hope you give us another opportunity and next time everything goes smoothly.Thank you for your feedback!
