However, this was a group family event and a couple of family members had their room reservations mixed up and given to other members which could have resulted in an extra day charge for one couple. "First off, the lady at check (sorry, didn’t pay attention to names) was so incredibly nice and sweet. She made check in quick and easy and later in the evening when I called to ask if they had an extra iPhone charger (I brought the wrong charger) she said they did not but did offer to charge my phone in the office and keep it safe while there. "Our stay was pleasant everything was exceptional great!! The staff, food service, cleanliness, location, indoor pool exercise room and balcony area was all enjoyable for me and my family. There is even a laundry facility on site. If I had to say one thing to change would be to install locks on the bathroom other than I give a 10 and highly recommend we will back!! "
