"Needed a hotel for one night just to lay our head down. We were not sure if we could take the shuttle but called and the front desk quickly arranged a van to pick us up. "Hotel was very clean and in a nice area. Be mindful that you’re next to the freeway so of course it’ll be a tab bit noisy. The elevator was a little slow so I had to take the stairs a couple times which isn’t convenient depending on which floor you’re staying on. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!"

"I booked a king room. Upon arrival I was given a handicap room with 2 queen beds. This was not what I booked but the lady at the desk told me I did. It was late so I did not argue. After getting into my room, it was lacking an item and I called the front desk for it. The lady told me she would look for it and call me back. I never heard from her nor did I receive the missing item. Very poor service. Breakfast was so-so. Otherwise it was a nice, clean hotel."
