Air conditioning was comfortable, parking was easy. We had a inconvenience with the room, about two hours of checking in and getting ready to go to my meeting, lights went out so we contacted from desk and we were giving another room. We had to wait to come back from the business to change room, and had to change room in the dark

Staff were welcoming and professional. Lobby and room were clean. Housekeeping did not visit my room nor were the linens refreshed. Bed was like sleeping on concrete, hard and very uncomfortable. Remote to television was missing. After reporting staff delivered a replacement in around 30 minutes. Wifi password was not initially provided, I had to request password. This i would expect as it is a security measure.

Although the breakfast was continental, they could’ve had a variety of meats. They only offered round sausage patties. And the pool area was hot. Even with renovations taking place, the hotel was well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
