Excelent location and walking distance to Old Town, Carls bridge and shopping and public transportation. Very helpfull receptionists with 24/7 service. They helped organize a trip (a mid-eavel show with 5 course menu incl beverage and free transportation even though we found out it was walking distance) Breakfeast was from 7-11 and served what we needed. All in all, we would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Stayed 6 Nights.

I felt cared for. Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed, extra bedding on request, excellent breakfast buffet, convenient location. I had checked that they had an elevator for my mobility challenged traveling companion--but it didn't go to our room, so she had to negotiate 2 flights of stairs, one long and the other short but with no railings.

Great location and historic building. About 800m walk to the main square and other places of interest. We are platinum members so we had a bottle of red wine and glasses waiting for us in the room upon our arrival. Wine was local. Great stay!

Centrally located but very quiet. The room was clean and spacious with two windows and high ceilings. The buffet breakfast was delicious and very good value. The staff were very courteous and attentive in the breakfast room and at the reception.

Me and my daughter found the hotel really comfortable and clean, everything was perfect and we didn't find any flaws. It was also really close to what we planned to see so its position helped a lot. Overall we had a really nice stay!

After long overseas flight checked in at 22:45, started unpacking and almost went to bath tub when the receptionist knocked the door and told us that they checked in us in wrong room. They gave us 5 minutes to leave the room. The second room was far from the previous one. They did not help us to transfer our luggage. The girl came letter to apologize and gave us one day free breakfast tickets. Other than this, everything was ok. Location is great, pretty walkable everywhere around.
