"The convenience of this property was paramount. Shopping of all kinds was minutes away. We did not stay during summer months, but this home is literally 5 minutes from a water slide park. The view from the dock was lovely, the house was clean, and neighborhood was quiet. The two bedrooms feel like one large bedroom without much extra space behind the beds, but it suited our needs just fine. We were return."

"Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch."

(And May have the biggest TV I have seen in real life…). Lydia was very responsive and communicative. No issues with check out or check in and even left the lights on for our 9 PM arrival."

The coastal view was unreal and the seals popping up were so special and we got a lot of enjoyment watching the local bird life as well! On a clear night the moon and stars shown so brightly over the water it was incredible. On our last day we chatted with the neighbor who is also the owner and learned some fun information about the house and life on the coast. Please know that the road to get to the house in unpaved...
