  • Location, location, location! This home has been completely restored. New kitchen, with granite counter tops, large center island with seating for 6. Brand new bathroom, with towels included. Washer, Dryer in the cellar. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin beds and 2 brand new queens, also, a pull out couch/futon, ceiling fans in each room, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. Bring sheets, linen rental available. Cozy living room. Wrap around newly constructed deck with marsh view, Weber gas grill, and enclosed outdoor shower. French door cellar access. Directly across the street from the beach and beach path, steps to the sugar sands of private Sagamore Beach. You'll enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Bring your beach towels, fishing poles and bikes. Just down the private road to the 5 mile Cape Cod Canal bike path. A wonderful cottage to make memories with your family.
