"Standard apartment a little tired and In need of minor renovation ( several cracked floor tiles that move ) but a perfectly comfy and well appointed apartment and kitchen. Air conditioning at an additional cost . It was The 50th anniversary of Carnival and the noise from the celebrations and music till 4am for 3 nights made it impossible to sleep - THIS IS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT but due to the proximity to the Yumbo center it’s impossible to avoid. "Couldn’t fault the hotel. It had everything right. Hotel not too big so it was easy to get to everything. Self serve drinks including wine, beer and soft drinks meant there was never a queue at the pool bar. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and shade. Poolside food was good but we preferred the buffet, but the kids preferred the chicken legs and chicken nuggets by the pool. Hotel was very clean and always being cleaned. "Great location , no reception staff two days a week and none after 6pm . You’re given a key for the main gate ( which is kept locked after 10pm ) unfortunately it’s a faulty lock and took ages to try and get in at times , noticed staff and they already knew about it , said nothing could be done . "
