Excellent

Excellent location, wonderful staff on reception and the cleaning staff, they all work so hard and are so friendly and warm. Excellent value for money. Yes it is basic but a lot better than a lot of basic apartment accommodation in Playa del Ingles.

The hotel was closed to all amenities and not too far from the beach. The pool was lovely. The room was spacious. The only negatives are the noise from the road outside and also there was snot smeared on the walls

When I first checked in, I had to quickly request a new room as the main door to the room wouldn't close. The next room I got, the shower was broken and the shower head wouldn't attach to the wall. The pool was nice to swim in during the day and the rooms otherwise were OK but as someone who's been to Gran Canaria many times before, I won't be staying here again.

As mentioned in previous reviews, this is not a luxury hotel. The rooms are very clean and equipped with almost everything you need. Since there is no air conditioning, I recommend getting a fan because the heat can get trapped in the room. Wi-Fi is offered, but at least not in my room, the connection was not stable due to interference. Unfortunately, the reception is not staffed 24/7 as advertised; it’s more like 4/2. However, the lady who was there was very friendly, and the rest of the staff is also very nice. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to the beach, with a private entrance, and just a few minutes away from the Yumbo shopping center. Due to traffic, it can be a bit noisy, and the area is somewhat lively. Personally, I really enjoyed my stay overall, and the value for money was absolutely reasonable.

This hotel was much better than the reviews I'd seen online - it looks like they've really cleaned up their act, literally. For a budget stay we would recommend it. The main selling point is the location. You are a 1 min walk from 2 supermarkets providing a wide array of food, souvenirs, etc. Also across the street is a "fun pub" - great if you are sports fan, or from UK/ Ireland with games until 2am. The apartment itself has a lovely balcony and sunloungers which were quiet, the pool is cold saltwater but we found this quite refreshing. The complex itself is quiet, even with "noise" from the street you can get a good nights sleep. Great for couples. We were pleasantly surprised to receive housekeeping and wifi, however the wifi was intermittent so we mostly just relied on EU data packages. Housekeeping was hit or miss with some days they didn't turn up, other days turned up at 9am, and some days didn't clean parts of the rooms. The room comes with no hand soap. By far the worst part of the stay was the check in experience. We were late arriving at around 8pm due to flight delay. From when we initially checked in the gate (about 8 foot tall) was left wide open. This didn't happen again throughout the stay but was a bit unnerving. Nobody on check in desk and no instructions given, phone numbers listed on desk had no response on the first few calls. It would have been useful to receive check in instructions in case of late check in. The safe in the room also did not work.

Great location , no reception staff two days a week and none after 6pm . You’re given a key for the main gate ( which is kept locked after 10pm ) unfortunately it’s a faulty lock and took ages to try and get in at times , noticed staff and they already knew about it , said nothing could be done .

disappointed

ive been coming here for many years but unfortunately my last stay will probably be my last. i arrived late afternoon and couldn't get into the front gate which is now closed all day.Another resident finally let me in but i still couldn't get my key as there is no one on the desk. my phone was having problems so call were difficult to make and i finally got my key from the keybox 90 minutes after arriving. After travelling all day it is the last thing you need so i will now go elsewhere.
