"Our family spent a wonderful week in the Tuscan hills. Gianluca’s home is well appointed and very comfortable. The property is on the top of a Tuscan Mountain. The views are amazing! The property has a church dating back to 1005 and a wonderful restaurant run by Furio and his family. There were 8 adults and the home had plenty of room for all of us! We would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to take day trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the surrounding areas! Gianluca was very easy...

"We loved the house but it’s not for anyone with even slightly impaired walking, balance, or ability to climb stairs. The house is very old, but updated wonderfully. However we never saw any pool. I would definitely return to this house."

"We enjoyed the most wonderful week in San Momme and Alessandra and Maurizio were the perfect hosts. The village is friendly and welcoming with as nice bustle to it - and great coffee and beer - but at nighttime, the whole valley is extremely quiet and tranquil. "The house is large and well maintained with a quiet garden/recreation area and an orchard of olive trees and grape vines. It is in a peaceful, secluded location near forest, but is in easy reach of local places of interest: Pistoia, Florence, Prato, Lucca and Pisa. Our host was friendly and responsive to our needs. "I can’t say enough positive things about this property!! Fully stocked on arrival, I mean FULLY stocked. Great location with many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. You can drive or catch a train or bus to Florence (50 minutes) or Pisa an Lucca (25 minutes) The host was super communicative with travel and restaurant recommendations. It was perfect for me and my wife!! Very highly recommended!!"

Alessandro (the owner) was wonderful - charming and helpful but also discreet, coming early in the morning to clean the pool each day without disturbing his slumbering guests!
