"What a gem!! The property is in a great location, very walkable to everything. The front desk was so friendly and they were able to get us a room on the first floor since we had heavy luggage. Our room was so nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. And we fully enjoyed our buffet breakfast. We could not have asked for more! "

"We were so close to town. Out the front door and then a five minute walk to all the shopping and restaurants. We ate at Fern’s Cottage. What a delight. The host of the property was so helpful when we checked in. The breakfast was very good and cooked to perfection. I wish we could have stayed another night."

"Have heard nlt so good things about this hotel in the past but this is the first time I have stayed. It has new owners and well I must say they are turning it around. The price was very competitive and this included breakfast which was very good. The room was a little dated but was very clean, the bathroom is brand new and very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly. We didnt eat apart from breakfast so cant comment on the resteraunt other than the breakfast. We would stay again, also...

"Lovely comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was great and the staff were all really friendly, informative and welcoming. Feel it is a little overpriced but Pitlochry itself is pretty pricey. It is a steep walk back up the hill from Pitlochry if you have walking difficulties. We would probably stay again though. "

"Owner is very attentive. I arrived early and was welcome and showed to my room. It is very conveniently located to Stirling castle,downtown, shopping and dining. They have an excellent restaurant, unfortunately was closed during my stay. I was traveling by myself and I feel very safe during my stay. Breakfast had an excellent variety. I ordered the Scottish breakfast,was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this cute B&B. "

"The property is a bit old but clean and economical. Free breakfast is a plus. The things I did not like were: the shared toilet located across the room even though I booked an ensuite one - called and messaged the owner but no response; only 1 hanger available for our jackets, and the motion-activated light in the toilet automatically shuts off so I was having a shower in the dark lol"

"We just did an overnight stay here. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was great spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant was great. Private parking in the rear. The only small downside was it is in the center of town on a busy roundabout and was a little noisy into the late hours. "
