"Very nice,older property. Stairs were a little bit wobbly and steep and we were right beside the pool so it was a little noisy with kids and loud music at night but those were my only two complaints. Definitely recommend "

"This condo was the best place I have ever stayed at!! Not only was it the cleanest, it was the most gorgeously decorated and cozy place I have ever rented. Well worth the price! The view from all the rooms was breath taking. Communication was top notch and owners were always available by text and email. Check in was a breeze. Will definately stay there and no where else when visiting Pensacola Beach."

"Very nice! Quiet and in a great location close to everything. Had a hiccup with 2nd restroom shower (user error lol) but had a fast response from maintenance to troubleshoot. (There is a ring on the spout you need to pull down to turn shower on....we had a harder time than we should have lol) Love the property. There were four of us here having an extended girls weekend for my daughter's 21st birthday and we all had a blast. Also, the extra items were so useful! (Wagon, chairs, paddleboards...

"The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during...
