"San Souci was perfect for us! I have stayed at San Souci numerous times and the condo was great. The property owner was very easy to work with and stayed in touch. The access was a breeze with codes being sent for gate and room with no struggles of checking in or out at a different location. "When I initially booked a condo through VRBO I made a note to confirm there was no construction and that the pool and balcony was usable (it was not noted on the specific listing). The day before our departure I received a call stating that they had just read my note and confirmed that there IS construction and that they can move us to a different property. I was able to find the property that we stayed in a couple hours later. I had to call the morning before we left to request the access info....

"Very nice! Quiet and in a great location close to everything. Had a hiccup with 2nd restroom shower (user error lol) but had a fast response from maintenance to troubleshoot. (There is a ring on the spout you need to pull down to turn shower on....we had a harder time than we should have lol) Love the property. "I stayed here for a girls trip. It is about 2 blocks from the ocean. The pool in the back is nice. It is a quiet area with a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to messages. I do wish they supplied more toilet paper and towels. The loft is a little scary to climb into. Lots of stairs in and out of the home so be prepared if you have trouble climbing steps. Overall a fun stay."

The location and the house are absolutely magical, you have a small shallow water private beach, a very long dock, you can have a private dinner, a nice cigar, or a glass of champagne while enjoying a stunning sunrise or sunset.
