Come and enjoy "Sunset"! This bright, beautiful, and stunning oceanfront condo is located directly on the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. Free Beach Chairs and Umbrellas provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals ($300 value - FREE to Suncoaster Properties guests).

This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - free WiFi - wireless high speed internet throughout.

Bedrooms: The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 7 people. It has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on the top. There is a full bath /shower in the hallway for easy guest access.

Kitchen and dining: The wide open kitchen has beautiful upgraded stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach. The dining table seats 6 in comfort while providing direct views across the balcony and over the island, Enjoy a spectacular show every sunset while dining from your private condo retreat.

We loved our stay here at Sans Souci! The condo was very clean and well-maintained, also had great bedrooms for our whole family. The rental chairs were an added plus and the location to the beach can’t be beat!! We’ll be back!

Great long weekend in Pensacola Beach

Second visit to San Souci Condominium and first stay in Unit 708. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation in Pensacola Beach. The unit has updated furniture and had an incredible view of the ocean, bay and sunset. It is an end unit that was very quiet and was very comfortable. The owner had good communication and was very welcoming. We enjoyed having Peg Leg Petes and Tom Thumb within walking distance and being right on the ocean to sit and relax. Definitely would recommend this unit. Thanks for a nice stay.

Beach Trip

This is the third time that we have stayed at San Souci in 708. And plan to stay again soon! We seek out this beautiful condo every time we head down to Pensacola Beach. Sometimes it’s not available for very obvious reasons! It’s PERFECT! Beach, pool and bay views. Directly across the street from one of our favorite restaurants. The space faces west which provides the best sunset view ever!! Absolutely the best!

Nice location and good price

Room was nice and clean. Large enough for the whole family without kids being in each others way. Great location to the beach and nice view of the ocean and sunset. Just step out and your on the beach. Quick response to small issues that we had. Due to construction on roof there was debris blowing around most days and getting in and out of parking garage was a issue.

Family vacation

The location was nice, right on the beach with a good view. The balcony off the living room was great! Had a high top table with chairs overlooking the pool area. We were able to see the beach and watch the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds practice, so cool! The living room photos were not accurate, showed an L sectional couch but was not. It was a family trip with two children and the kids were going to sleep on the sectional couch. The windows and window frames were dirty and the kitchen wasn’t super clean. Check in and getting in and out of the property was simple with a garage parking spot right by the elevator.
