"Location was convenient to metro, making it easy to get to/from the airport. The staff was outstanding. We forgot some personal effects in the hotel room and they helpfully accommodated a courier pickup, printing the label, finding a box, and keeping me informed the whole time. Couldn't have asked for more! The room itself was good, nothing fancy, but it did the job."

"Very quiet and clean hotel , a lot of restaurants around , but a little bit too far from main attractions . Bathroom set up is horrible , to reach the shower is so inconvenient. Towels were not changed daily , some days there were not towels at all in the bathroom ."

"This is in a great location, but this should not be a 4-star hotel. There is no lobby, the rooms are very small with not even a desk or chair to do some work on a laptop, and you can't individually control the temperature in your room. I had problems with the air conditioning (during a heat wave in Paris) and was frustrated by the unhelpful responses of the staff. The first person told me she would tell the housekeeper (which seemed odd); the next person on duty told me the rooms were centrally controlled and I couldn't adjust the temperature, but also insisted that the temperature was 21 because the thermostat said 21. It was not 21. It was warm. When finally we came home at 8pm one evening to a stifling hot room, and convinced the front desk person that our air conditioning was not working, he offered us a room right above ours that was, oddly, even hotter. He insisted that the air conditioning was working, and he didn't speak enough English for us to argue with him. We decided to stay in our old room, where our stuff was, but discovered that he had locked us out of that room because we had been "moved" to the other room. We ended up getting locked out of our room at least 4 times during our stay, each time required climbing 5 flights of stairs or using the tiny lift that fits two people, to get new key cards. When you come home exhausted after a long night of walking around Paris, you don't want to deal with this."

"The room itself was not bad, it did its job. The mattress was confortable the pillows were okay. The breakfast is worth it if you arrive before 8:30 because once the fruits are gone, there won't be more, so you can only eat bread and coffee, which if you consider the price, is still not bad. However, the Bathrooms were DISGUSTING to a level I cannot express. It was hot as a sauna, all the toilets were stinky, and all the showers full of hair and mold. I took a shower because I had to, but I honestly wanted to cry. DON'T forget your slippers or your sandals, believe me, you will not want to set a bare foot in that bathroom floor."
