Our room (15) overlooked the junction of Bld Raspail and Bld Edgar Quinet; we loved the view and the ambience of the local bars and area. The hotel is ideally placed for walking to the Seine, via Jardin du Luxembourg and Bld St Michel. The hotel itself was super-clean and cosy. The bed was comfortable and our room was cleaned & tidied every day. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I really loved coming back to the hotel after a long day touring Paris. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable (Classic Room). Neighbourhood around the hotel is amazing (would recommend to book any hotel in this area) due to safety and quietness while being in close proximity to Paris’ attractions via the Metro or bus. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Great hotel

We had an amazing time in Paris. This hotel is located perfectly, metro station is just around the corner and so are plenty of amazing restaurants. We will definitely visit again.

Great experience

Overall a great experience with great service. The only thing that was lacking was that we started off with four towels and it decreased to three. The booking was for four people. Everthing else was great.

A lovely hotel with friendly helpful reception. Family room was a good layout and suited us. Really nice location with plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, as was the Metro stop and Montparnasse tower for fantastic views. Would recommend and choose Hotel Aiglon again.

The staff was very friendly. We had a family room which was spacious enough to fit the four of us. I especially like the large bathtub which is hard to find in Europe. The bathrobes was a nice touch.

The helpfulness and attentiveness of the front desk staff was really refreshing and nice experience. Our bed was also made everytime we got back to the hotel room which put a smile on our face everytime we walked in from a long day of exploring Paris!

Great location, near metro stations and multiple stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Only reason for 4/5 stars is we requested a room for three persons and the sofa bed for the third person is okay, not great. Otherwise, lovely hotel and I’d stay there again!

Excellent hotel

The hotel is amazing. I got a free room upgrade as I was staying with my family and this is an option for the gold members of Hotels.com. The staff is amazing they are so nice. They also offered my daughter a small gift. I am definitely returning back to the hotel and I regret having only booked one night I would have loved to stay more.

The property was well maintained and clean. It was beautifully furnished and the amenities were nice. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English well. The room was a bit warm, but we were able to open the windows, which helped to keep us comfortable. The Cosy room we requested was somewhat small, making it tight for two people with luggage. I would recommend a somewhat larger room if someone intends to spend much time there.

Like: location and stone throw away from Raspail metro station Dislike: Room not ready despite after checkin time. Staff is botherline friendly apart from one lady who affered to compensate our late check in by offering us a complimentary breakfast which is greatly appreciated. On the last day check out time 12pm. But housekeeping opened our room at 9.40am, followed by 2 rounds of knocking on our door at 10.15am and 10.50am respectively. While I understand probably wanted to get the room ready asap for next customer but to cause disturbance to current customers is simply unacceptable. I really wanted to rate it higher but I simply couldn't.

The room was small but clean. Nice to have a small balcony. A few maintenance issues with the balcony door, safe and a shelf but the staff was responsive. and supportive. We had emailed ahead requesting an early check in (after transatlantic trip) then asked again at front desk at arrival (11am). Although it seemed they would prioritize our request, we were disappointed this was not the case. After returning to the hotel at 1:30, the room was still not ready and even though we stayed waiting in the lobby from that point, the room was only ready when we inquired again at 3:00. Also a bit of confusion with 2 different clerks both requesting passport information.
