"Me and my wife stayed one night. Giuseppe was very friendly and gave us tons of information prior to our arrival. Parking can be found within a few mins walk of this lovely apartment, that is located in a perfect spot if youre looking to enjoy palermo especially the night life. "Check in 3pm and Check out time is 10am. This is so bad, normally should be 12 to 2pm. Because of the restaurant that is open in the courtyard of the hotel at night from 7:30 in the evening until night, it is not possible to be comfortable in the hotel and the hotel area is practically closed after 7. But the rooms are very clean and nice. And the sea and mountain view is great. The hotel restaurant offers many good tasting dishes for lunch time"

"Dont book this property- they don't tell you it's next to a construction site with loud drilling noise starting at 7 am. There were several powercuts, with people getting stuck in the lift, unable to get into our apartment at night and wifi constantly shuts off. The power cut out at least 7 times during my 1 week stay. There were no access to stairs, we had to climb over a gate to get to the emergency stairs, which can only be opened from the inside. While Sicily is beautiful, this property...
