"the private onsen with mountain view was amazing and breathtaking. i would definitely return to this hotel if i come back in the future. the staff were all friendly and very well trained and breakfast and dinner served were both delicious and a unique experience. the amenities are all in good condition too in the public onsen. room was incredibly spacious and well maintained. it was a very positive experience. "Overall the stay was good. Staff was really friendly and helpful! Great service. Room style was still in the 70’. Somewhat nostalgic. What is kind of great to experience in my opinion. Overall the room was clean. Major downside poor maintained bathroom, with mold on the ceiling. A hotel in that category must do better than this. One of the major highlights is a great breakfast with an awesome view on Mt Fuji (if the weather allows). "
