We Were given rooms facing the train tracks. The trains run from 5AM to 12 midnight.We asked the hotel to change our rooms to the other side but they refused and instead sent ear plugs to us. They then asked 7000 yen per night for shifting our rooms to the non train tracks side which I refused .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area does not have many places to shop or eat, but the on-site food is great.
