My only complaint would be that they didn’t have a coffee maker or kettle in the room or one to use for the night so in the morning you can’t enjoy a nice coffee in your room you have to go downstairs to the bar/restaurant to have one or to get hot water to bring back up to your room. A little inconvenient. "
