Bed and Breakfast in Nova Scotia

"Excellent location for us and we were able to just leave our car and walk to everywhere we needed to be. We were even able to walk downtown to the waterfront to see the sights. The surrounding neighbourhood seemed very safe at night. The Inn was very clean and the continental breakfast was well laid out. A warm, comfortable environment overall. This property does not have an elevator so we had to carry our luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs. Being 80ish, this was not so easy. Staff did...

"Clean, comfortable, convenient to airport. Glad there was a restaurant on site as we checked in at 7:30 and needed dinner. Room looked recently remodeled and bathroom was spotless! Puzzled as to why there was a fitted bottom sheet, but no top sheet… just a thin comforter. By the time we discovered this, we felt it was as too late to ask. :-0"

"This will be a pretty Inn once construction is done. They are building another building next to the main house. However my room was not in the main house , it was in a structure next to the main house( there will be a total of three when done) They do not allow you to sit on the front porch with your own beverages- you have to buy from them (there is nowhere else to sit outside). The breakfast which was included was very nice. "

"We only stayed one night in the King suite, but it was th perfect rest along our route. After a lot of long drives, our backs appreciated the jet tub in our room. We got pizza for dinner in town and veged out in the comfortable room. Breakfast, served in the dining room, was great and exceeded expectations. "The breakfast choices included a delicious variety of fresh fruit bowls, yogurt (homemade?), fantastic homemade banana bread, juices, caraffe of coffee or teapot, cooked to order eggs, bacon and toast. Everything was delicious and service was excellent. The room was clean, charming and bed /mattress was very comfortable. We had a great sleep. We had a lovely two night stay and will definitely return in the future. A real gem in a lovely town."
