The property was very nice. The bar was wonderful with very friendly staff and the food was delicious. The room was very clean and the take away breakfast was great! The fridge in the common room was well stocked with juice and yogourt for extra choices. We will definitely be back!

The place has 2 bedrooms. It was a little tight for 6 people but using the futon in the hallway worked well. We needed gluten free breakfast and the host provided that. Nice stay. Great balcony views!

A great welcome to the Maratimes at the Fourth Lock B&B! Fabulous atmosphere and beautiful view! The restaurant staff was so helpful and the room (Thomas) was spacious enough for our family of 5. Our three teenagers were raving about how cute and aesthetic this place was! Easy self check in process and the games, juices and coffee from the common area were a great touch! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Overall the place is very clean and nothing to say about the room. Parking was. Easy and the location was also easy to find. Only thing I would change is the breakfast, it's more a snack pack. Muffins, bars, 1 piece of fruit. Not really breakfast to me.

The place was very nice as described just what we needed By having access to breakfast/coffee at anytime this was very nice to have Although the street noice when sitting on the balcony was a bit loud once inside the noice was gone and sleeping was comfortable Definitely we’ll be back

We arrived at 10:30pm. The instructions were very easy! Our room was so cute and comfy! The muffins, apples, bars and water was a nice treat! The only issue we had was people arriving at 2:45am and they were super noisy. Our room was the “Fletcher” room right off the living room and they were “heavy footed” above us for an hour. Either than that, we would stay here again!

Location was good for airport and other places we were visiting. The continental breakfast was a quick start to the day. The room was nice however the level of the bed is more for agile people than older joints. We were surprised the restaurant was below the accommodations; and although the food was very good, the popularity of the restaurant creates a parking issue for B&B guests. Also the noise from the restaurant hinders relaxing after a day of travel. Overall we would not recommend it to our age group however would recommend it to the younger crowd.

Beautiful property overlooking the lake. The building was very clean. Lovely sitting area and gorgeous deck. Sitting area was stocked with coffee, tea, water, yogurt and juice. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very soft. Nice linens. Our room was above the restaurant so we had noise from the restaurant until around 10 pm. We ate at the restaurant. Very cute with great wait staff. Food was good. We enjoyed a continental breakfast left for us in our mini-fridge. Muffins, fruit, granola bars. Communications with owners were very good. Instructions were very clear. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this cute BnB.
