"While this has the potential to be a great, roomy, family retreat in a convenient location, it needs some work. It's listed incorrectly. It's not 4 bedrooms plus a fold-out couch. It's 3 bedrooms, one of which has 2 beds in it. There are 3 sofas in the house, each one long enough for one adult to lay on, but none of them have a fold-out bed and there are no spare linens laid out. "We stayed here over an extended weekend to watch the solar eclipse. I really liked the location. Was in a nice quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy to get to the highway and only a 20-25 minute drive to downtown. The pool was open, but water still a bit too cold to swim in early April. The interior of the house was clean and much of it updated. The back yard has lots of shade and many trees, which is nice, but also creates a bit of debris, if you are planning...
