Great location . Close to all the tourist destinations . The only negative is that our A/C did not work and they were not able to fix it. Their solution is to open the window and brought us a fan.

The location is great , there are so many restaurants around , easy to walk around , but The worst room ever I have stayed the beds are so soft , and we had no window and natural light, there was a window but it was facing a big wall , and all night you hear noise , So for the price we paid we could find much better room to stay ,

First night there was loud music and stomping in room above until 2-3am. Second night in the room across from us a group of kids screaming about wanting to get drunk and constantly going in and out of room from about 2am-4. Had to call security the second night, it was just too much. Unlikely, that we’d ever book here again.

I went there for my birthday Surroundings it’s perfect you can walk everywhere The hotel staff was great but everything else was so so Kids playing in the hallway hockey at 9pm, hotel was loud, telephone did not work shower had no door and water poured everywhere and I was blow drying my hair by the night stand and the power blew Pillows were awful and flat Really disappointed

Check in took forever, the computer wasn’t working and then the lady was struggling operating it. We got charged for parking, although we had no car. On our last night , woke up with ants in the room on the 20th floor, upon check out, showed the picture to the front desk and they just shrugged, asked for a manager , said they stepped out.

Check in was a bit of an issue due to our card not going through on their end. The card was used multiple times after we were finally able to check in so I know it wasn’t an issue with the card and it had to do with their machine they were using to run the card. Other than that we had an amazing stay. We booked the corner room suite and had an amazing view of the falls and the city.

I was wrongfully charged almost $150 from the Fallsview Restaurant, even though we didn't even visit the restaurant once. The banging noises all through the night literally shook the floor. The bathroom leaked water through the wall and created a huge pool of water beside the bed. Wait times for elevators were upwards of 35 minutes. Parking was way too far away.

The hotel was updated and clean and staff were great. The elevators took upwards of 20 minutes to arrive. The luxury tax ontop of everything made my bill surprisingly higher than i anticipated, plus self parking is way over priced for the distance you had to walk to it and limited spots avaliable.
