The washroom is old and towels are small. Have to pay if you want your room to clean. The only good is the pool and can do bbq. But bbq is old and a bit broken.

Upon arrival, the following issues were immediately apparent: 1. Misleading Photos: The photos used on Expedia’s website showed clean, modern, and comfortable accommodations. However, the actual room was in a dirty and unsanitary state. 2. Missing Amenities: The listing specifically included a TV in the room, but there was no television at all. 3. Unacceptable Conditions: The overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below what any guest should reasonably expect. My stay took place on July 19/20, 2025.

The location is nice in proximity to the Falls (walking is possible in about 20-30min). The motel was ok to sleep a night, beds were reasonable clean. The entire building, rooms and furniture looks dated and worn up. "Breakfast" options were toast, open jars of peanut butter and jelly, and coffee.
