"Enjoyed our stay. The first night, there was a party in the room next to ours and couldn’t sleep. Sent a message to front desk and in five minutes, it stopped. Thank you for what you did. Next morning, took a shower and the tub drain wasn’t draining properly. Mentioned to front desk manager and was fixed. Thank you. Beautiful room, nice pillows. Would love to stay again! Thanks so much. Everyone was so kind, too! "

"The hotel has a wonderful ambience and style. The room is extremely clean and very nicely decorated that gives you a unique feeling not that you’re in an ordinary hotel. We dined at the restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent and the waitstaff was friendly and prompt. What set the hotel apart for us though, was the outstanding hotel staff, they were extremely friendly and accommodating, and made our stay very enjoyable.
