"Our family of 5 adults stayed 3 nights. It’s a great location close to Main St in Lake Placid and a short drive to Whiteface. It was very clean and we had more that enough room and everything we needed. Definitely recommend, and this is in fact the second time I have booked this - I stayed here with 5 friends last summer lacrosse tournament."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Booking and check in were easy, all via the vrbo app. The place was as advertised, clean, and comfy. The WiFi wasn’t working, but a quick message to the owner and we figured out the power strip for the router and modem had come loose, probably during cleaning. Once plugged in everything worked great! The one downside was no snow for skiing, so we went to Niagara Falls. Would book again!"

"The apartment was very very nice. Clean, fresh, good location to highways, shopping, and restaurants. When you see the building from the outside you may question it, don’t question it. Area is safe. The little store next to the entrance is really good and authentic. Half mile from a great brewery."

"This was our first getaway as a couple, and we absolutely enjoyed everything. She truly thought of everything when putting this guest room together. I even decided to purchase the Babor products for myself, at home, after falling in love with them this past weekend!! The bed and bedding is SUPER comfy, towels are great quality, and the warming toilet seat, OMG! Thank you for a wonderful guest room for our stay. We plan to book again in the fall!"

"We had a wonderful week and enjoyed being in this beautiful manor immensely. We strolled the grounds and caught gorgeous sunsets. The shuttle into downtown Montauk (5 mins away) allowed us to untether from our car and parking worries, and to spend time at the ocean and wandering the quaint downtown. It was the perfect spot and we would go back again."
