"We had a great stay here! The home was very clean, well equipped and the amenities were a great touch. We felt very welcomed and comfortable here. The community was lovely and it was nice to be so close to the pool. Being able to use the golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze and so much fun. We were also very pleased to be able to bring our pup who enjoyed the peaceful area. Wish we could have stayed longer!!"

"There are many positive things about this house. The location is great - quick walk to the beach and right on the beach access road. Several bedrooms, including a good mix of king and bunk beds. Two dining tables are nice for eating, playing games, etc. Linens are provided without an extra charge, which is nice. We didn't use the pool or outdoor bar area, but they looked nice. Overall, though, we found the house to be in need of some TLC and a deep clean. Walls and baseboards are dingy. Kitchen...

"Cottage cute and as expected. Owners communicated well verbally and in writing. Stayed 3 nights very comfortably…beach right across the street! We rated everything 5 stars…and we think it would be helpful if a few extra supplies were on hand, ie paper towels, tissue. Thank you to the owners…we left a shell with our initials to add to your very large collection!"

"Our group of 6 stayed here for an extended weekend and I must say we will definitely be back! The house was everything as described and very clean as well as a great location with a nice marsh view. You literally only need your clothes and a few toiletries as the house has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Tina was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Can’t say enough about this house and...

"This was a Great stay. Clean and really nice! So close to the beach you can see it! Walked to the beach for sunrise, took the great golf cart to the beach for the day! Owners were very easy to deal with! House has everything you need just show up! Definitely renting this place again!"

The little extra touches (a beach bag packed with towels and a sun hat; a pass for the State parks; coffee and snacks in the kitchen area; an oscillating fan that was used every night. Yes, we're fan people-summer or winter.) Plenty of towels...and a wonderfully cozy 4 poster bed. Our dog went with us and it was very comforting knowing he was safe with a fully fenced in area. The hosts were onsite and very nice and friendly. We will definitely be back. This was 10 out of 10."

"I rented Sea Foam and Sea Spray for a golf outing. The properties were clean and in good condition. It was good space for common dining. Everyone I dealt with – Dusty, Gale and Fred – were very responsive, helpful and cooperative. Would gladly rent from them again."

"This property is perfection! Extremely clean (and we are particular too!), very comfortable, exquisitely styled interior! Quiet location and lovely with the canal behind the home so you can sip coffee and cocktails while watching the turtles, swans and geese! Not to mention the pool access and beach access!!!!!! Wow right?!?!?! Right in Myrtle Beach area so you can get to everything in minutes! Love being near Murrell’s Inlet and Pawleys Island! It’s our 2nd vacation here and won’t be our last!...

"Not enough parking for all guests staying at the complex. AC good and cold. Refrigerator is very small. Uncomfortable beds, Light switches in bedroom don’t work. Good Wifi. Easy Beach access."
