"Cozy accommodations, peaceful surroundings and show stopping sunsets. We enjoyed sitting on the private beach but mostly we stayed on the deck watching eagles, hawks, Sandhill cranes and so on. We had a very relaxing vacation."

"Pretty good place. Great views from the deck and a very convenient location. Wifi is a little below average in the condo so it is not ideal if you have long zoom meetings necessary during your stay. Cell coverage everywhere in Val d'isere is great though!"

"Overall a nice chalet and a great position in the village, perfect for our needs. Nice kitchen and large living area with good size table. Great to have 3 showers and plenty of storage for 8 of us. Plenty of hot water and heating works well throughout. We would suggest an update to lounge/seating area but perhaps some lounge chairs. Village has 3 good resturants and bars are good. Well stocked Sherpa shop with fresh bread and all essentials. We will recommend to others!"

"The Chalet is just below a lift into Montalbert. It is wonderfully appointed; the ground floor has a double bedroom with an ensuite and a bunk room with a huge luxury shower room. The first floor has an open plan kitchen, lounge with a large table, balcony and the best alpine views. We loved sharing meals and chores here. Just below the chalet is a 200m walk to the Notre Dame De Neige, a wonderful small chapel that has been lovingly restored. I do hope that we will be able to go back, this...

"We had a great week. The chalet is really close to the lifts which take you up to the La plagne ski area but you can also really easily cross to Les arcs. Montchavin is low so I don’t think the nursery slope in front of the chalet is often open but when it is you could ski almost to the door! Village is small but has a few restaurants (including the one run by the host - La bovate- which had delicious food!), small supermarket, bakery and ski hire places - everything you need unless you need...

"Second year here. Chalet is exactly as described. Very, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Quiet , picturesque location. Easy access to ski bus. Fred, local ski hire shop, very good. Used the well stocked small Carrefour in Moriond for our “supplies”, didn’t seem to be that expensive . We’ll hopefully return."

"Lovely chalet in a really stunning location. Beaufort and Areches are beautiful villages with lots of summer activities going on. Lots of other places within easy reach. The chalet owners were really friendly, we enjoyed chatting with them. Chalet was well equipped and had everything we needed. Highly recommended place to stay."

"This is a beautiful apartment with fabulous views. Florian was so helpful, as when we managed to book the week the village swimming pool was shut, he kindly emailed the next nearest pool to check they were open and get the timetable for us. Lovely touch of delicious apple and pear juice plus wine. Cannot recommend enough!"

"The chalet was lovely but a proper hike to get to it. The listing is very misleading when it says 1 min walk or ski in / ski out. You have to do a walk to and from the bus stop which is a hike after a day skiing. Or a long walk through the woods in the dark which is 20 minute walk as the bus only comes once an hour. "We hebben met 7 personen een heerlijke vakantie gehad. We hebben ontzettend genoten van de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het zwembad van het hotel vlakbij het vakantiehuis. In tegenstelling tot wat er in de (nederlandse) omschrijving staat heeft elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer en 3 van de 4 badkamers hebben een douche, en eentje een douchebad. Verder is het heerlijk dat het huisje twee zithoeken heeft, wat wat extra rust biedt ;). We komen graag nog een keertje terug."

Only a short 15 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Chamonix and yet the chalet was so peaceful and quiet at all times. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. "We have just returned from a great week, the chalet was great, nice and clean with everything you require for a stay. The kitchen is well equipped with spices and a few sauces sugar etc. Jacky was very helpful to us as he knows the local area really well, he gave us advice for buses up to the ski areas. We tended to jump the number 2 bus most days and the bus stop is just up from the school around the corner. We walked into town one day and that is straight forward didn't take long at all to...
