Nice little inn, snuggled down amongst the off ramps to the downtown area of Mobile. This is a really nice inn, in an odd area of old homes (~1850), most of which are turning in to hip lawyer's offices. The room, staff, and service were excellent. The included breakfast was quite good. And, you are only about 2-4 blocks from the downtown area of Mobile. If I had to travel to Mobile frequently, I might just try to keep this place a secret!
My main concern when booking a hotel is the cleanliness, and second the staff. We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. The emenities were well kept. The staff was friendly and very professional. and the breakfast bar was more than what we expected. Would definitely stay there again.
Management of this hotel does an excellent job of keeping up with the little things. Lobby and hallways clean and up to date. Free internet. The breakfast has hot offerings including eggs, sausage, etc... The rooms are large, clean and the beds are what you would expect for a $300/night room. Nice TV, Good room coffee, microwave, small refrigerator. Good # of plugs for chargers, etc...
*For these trips, trip savings is at least equal to the cost of the flight or hotel if booked separately. Note: For trips including flights, you will be charged by the airline for the flight, but your savings on the trip will equal the cost of the flight.
