Malaga Inn

"Our stay was short but sweet. The room was clean and roomy. If you like period areas this is a must! "
"This was our second time at Fort Conde Inn. We stayed several years ago and loved it. The property consists of historic houses and cottages in a nice part of town. It has grown since we first stayed several years ago, but still has that wonderful, boutique feel. The rooms are wonderfully quaint but well equipped. The individual structures are connected by stone walkways in a neighborhood setting. The location is ideal, downtown and next to the cruise port. Our only minor complaint is the breakfast wasn't as good as it was our first time. Instead of being served on site as it was before, it is in an unattached restaurant across the street, and offers only basic breakfast fare of eggs, bacon, etc. All in all, a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay again when in the Mobile area."
"After booking at another hotel and it not meeting standards, we changed to this hotel was beautiful even with renovations being done. The Skyline Bar on the 17th floor was awesome! The bar tender was a great mixer and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was great and very comfortable. "

"We checked in late in the evening and the person at the desk was very sweet. The building is old and rundown. There was a bag of trash just sitting right outside the elevator door overnight. Once we got to the room, it smelled of mildew. I had to go down to the lobby to request new sheets and change them as the sheets on the bed were incredible stained and there was a good amount of hair in the bed. There was also hair all over the bathroom floor. We stayed simply because it was so late and we had an early morning the next day. We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out after the first because it had been so bad. The clothes I slept in still smelled like mildew multiple days later. "
