We usually have a very good check-in and time here at Tru by Hilton, but this time The clerk told me that I couldn’t park my pick up truck and trailer on the premises and I had to park in the street. Where he told me to park was a no parking tow away zone. This was very frustrating and disappointing especially after driving 12 hours to get here.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the weekend and had a mixed experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was decent with no complaints. However, I was disappointed to find that my room was not cleaned properly. There were dried food stains on the lampshade, hair in the tub, and on the sink area. This aspect of cleanliness definitely needs improvement for a more satisfying guest experience.
