"In a great area, located by a lot of the water activities right off of collins Ave. The room was clean, view was nice. But the police came to the hotel like 3 times that night, not sure for what. Overall a great time was had."

"Hotel and room were nice…. Lady at check in was very rude, we needed more towels and were told a different company does laundry and gave us a number to call. 3 days later we got clean towels. Valet parking only and they are very rude as well. I can say it was very affordable, great view of the ocean and right on the main strip close to everything "

"Adore this hotel! I been staying here for years. Never a miss, rooftop bar is always a bonus. Beach right at front. Would recommend going to THE PALACE for great entertainment/ enjoyment. "

"It was a quick two night stay, the property was easily accessible, quick and seamless check in, parking was easy and the room was very clean! The beach was just a short walk and they had chairs, umbrellas and towels available! The young men at the beach set everything up they were courteous and very helpful! Other than the windows in the unit being very dirty everything else was great!"

"The check in process was easy, friendly front desk / valet parking staff. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, clean and fully equipped. The building and common areas were in very good shape. I definitely recommend this place. The Miami Vacations staff were also very professional. 10 out of 10 I'll book again soon. "

If you're not going to spend a lot of time in the room this place is for you...rate is exceptional room was a 7.. out of 10 for well-known travelers probably a 5. I kind of expected more based on the location....let down there ... I was hoping for an 8. Area is definitely a 10.. The rooms could use some cleaning up... But did have a full kitchen and the fridge and the shower which made my day. ... I would stay there again especially for the cost.....
