"Clean, tidy and spacious apartment with a great view, especially at sunset. Pictures are an accurate representation of the property. I would absolutely recommend this property. The property is right next to a more peaceful section of the beach, restaurants are in walking distance and there is a great supermarket nearby. The kitchen could perhaps do with a few more utensils and glasses etc. Security in the building can also be a little overly strict with the green spangly wristbands they insist...

"This was our first time in Miami as a family of 4, with two small children, and we were beyond impressed with our apartment and the property overall! It was spacious, stocked with all necessities, and very comfortable! We found the location so safe and accessible ( and the complementary beach umbrellas were a wonderful bonus!) Max was a delightful host! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"Apartment was great size two bedrooms two full bathrooms lots of closet space, porch , good size living space. Good value for the price! The apartment was clean (old carpet and outdated bathrooms but clean). The communication before check in was also good, they answered any questions I had and check in process was easy Things to know: kitchen had no oven mitts or kitchen towels. It’s more like a hotel than Vrbo in that way compared to what we have stayed at, there are towels one per person but...
