Best part was to be right on the beac and Trolley stop was right out of hotel. Valet parking staff was great however the whole process of dropping and picking car was very slow and you have to wait 15-30 mins especially when picking your car.

It is old and in need of repair. The bathroom lacks a fan and the entire place smells of must and mildew . The valet parking is a nightmare even though it told us self parking in the ad. Pool and ocean are very nice . No partial view like stated .

The location was phenomenal. The room was basic and could be cleaner. The pool was amazing. Loved the tiki bar and beach access. My only concern was the parking. I waited 30 minutes to be able to get my car. I could see that it was a significant source of frustration for the guests. The elevator was also impossible. Luckily I was not too high in the building so we just took the stairs. I think that self parking should be considered if possible. It would make this place an absolutely dream.

This was the perfect place for a last minute getaway with my husband. The longest waits were for the elevators and at valet, but if you bring your patience you'll be amazed at this gem. Granted, we came during off season, so I'm sure it's a different story during peak. Either way, we found a friendly staff, clean facilities, and easy accessibility to everything we wanted!

The room was nice, had a microwave, and a huge TV with all the apps installed. I had a nice comfortable stay especially because the room was clean. Make sure you order from the Riki Tiki bar -- the food is amazing.

The room was very unsanitary and fun clean. The tub was clogged before anyone used it. The towels had stains on them.The doors and mirrors also had brown strains. The vents were dusty. We left after one night and book another place at Sentral Alea which was around the same price . It wakes over 20 minutes for valet to bring your car. They need self parking. They refused to give us a refund due to their policy although the room was uninhabitable. When their management called about 5 days later they stated maintenance was in their way, then accused me of still being in the room although I checked out on Sunday and it was Friday. They didn’t realize it was a new reservation in that room.Please do not book this place!
