“Great accomodation and helpful reception”

Very comfortable and pleasant well serviced rooms. Arrived after hours for Reception - who were most helpful to make sure I was able to gain entry. Would recommend.

The rooms were clean, stylish, comfortable and well appointed. The facilities in the room were great.The position of the hotel was excellent and within an easy walk of a great shopping centre and the beach.

“Very comfortable and a superb location”

Accomodation is excellent with appropriate facilies and is both comfortable and clean. While as an apattmenthotel we had little need for staff access all seemed fine. Our room safe wasn't wrking when we arrived however it was quickly dealt with and fixed. What makes this hotel though is its superb location on the pier and ease of access to the town centre and its attractions, plenty of great restaurants nearby.

“Comfortable apartment with thin walls.”

The apartment was a good size and quite comfortable. I found the walls very thin. For example, I could clearly hear the guests in the next room unzipping their suitcases and unpacking at 10.30 pm. Ask for an apartment away from the train line. Although the apartments are advertised as 'Serviced', I found out that they are only serviced once a week. I thought this was misleading.
