"Ideal place for a holiday close to Carcassonne, Trebe is a really lovely village on the Canal du Midi, Villa Rene is a 10 minute walk to the village, with various restaurants to chose from, a short drive to the nearest supermarket. We had a lovely holiday at Viĺla Rene we used the swimming pool daily which was a luxury, we also used the bikes at the property to cycle along the canal paths, all in all a great holiday would definitely go back again thanks Annie and Tommy."

"Prachtig huis, heel veel ruimte. zonder problemen kunnen hier vier kinderen en zes volwassenen verblijven. Duidelijk is wel dat het huis van eigenaar is gewisseld en er nog wat zaken moeten worden aangepakt. wij waren hier de tweede week van september, prachtig weer en veel gebruik gemaakt van het heerlijke zwembad."

"The property and pool were larger than I was expecting. Handy location with a bakery and Lidl 10 minutes walk away. We caught the bus just across the road to the lake and enjoyed the water park and inflatables there. Great to be able to walk to the castle. Susan was very kind and helpful."

"We stayed here for 2 weeks as a party of 6 adults, 1 small child and a dog. The whole booking process was easy as was the check in process. The hosts were exceptional, Joel the property manager lives nearby and was there in minutes if there was any slight issue. The owner also lives opposite and was always checking if everything was ok and if we were happy when we bumped into him. "The only negatives I have for this property are that the hot water went away very quickly, there was no stopper for the bathtub, and the automatic lights were hard to turn on in the morning out in the hallway. It’s walkable distance to cite de carcassonne, but it is on the far end of town, pretty far away from the train station. It took me about 45 minutes in the rain. "

"An absolute gem. The Villa is very well appointed with custom finishes and furniture made by the hosts (their profession). It’s private, safe and a stone’s throw from the market for easy food shopping and all the necessities provided for home cooking. We stayed a week and did day trips in all directions.
