The planes taking off overhead were mildly annoying but we just used white noise on our phones to drown it out. Overall the stay was good. I have to admit the area the hotel is in doesn’t feel very safe. But we parked our car in the parking lot outside and had no issues. "

"We came to Charlotte for a George Strait concert and chose this hotel bc it was a good enough distance away from the venue and the price was great compared to others. Our room was clean, it felt cool and crisp when we walked in the room which we loved and if there were people in the rooms next to us, we had no idea. It was quiet and comfortable. Loved the bed! Room had a nice layout (king bed room).I rated everything excellent because there was nothing wrong with our stay (and I also would NEVER rate a hotel poorly because of the noise of others) It is not the staff’s fault if inconsiderate, loud ass people stay at the hotel. Ladonna and Keisha were so nice and very accommodating. They are 5 stars as well . "
