"The house and studio are situated off the beaten path but only a short drive to vineyard haven. The home has a rustic, vineyard-charm feel and we had a very comfortable and quiet stay. "I booked this property for a last minute getaway to the Vineyard. After seeing what was available, I thought the price appeared reasonable, particuarly for a house walking distance to Edgartown. The property is exactly as described and the location is unbeatable. Also, the outdoor deck is wonderful. "We were a little hesitant to stay in this property because it did not have any reviews. We are certainly glad that we did! The home is in excellent shape and has a great layout for a party of 6-8. The common space is very nice but you can also have privacy when wanted. The location is fantastic as well. Do not let the lack of reviews discourage you from considering this option in Vineyard Haven."

"It was the least expensive option in the area. We feel we got a little better than expected for the price, but there is absolutely no ocean views and you do need a car to get around. Very close to the shopping area of Oak Bluffs. Carpets really need to be cleaned and the furniture was old. The beds were comfortable. Functioning kitchen for cooking in. Did not use grill."
