"Pro: loved the updated modern furniture, appliances, tile - beds were clean & comfortable - no visible mold or mildew - easy drive to the beach that was very pleasant despite the damage from hurricane Ian Cons: would have liked to had a heads up about the yet unrepaired damage from the hurricane, the destruction & debris would not have been a shock that made for a bad first impression - no sidewalk to door, had to drag luggage through sand and rocks - outside needs some TLC - there was a dust...
