"Very pleasant stay, staff very helpful.. only negative was my pint did not taste very nice and was cloudy, when I said about it I was sold a new one and told it’s because of the bubbles .. Could have just replaced it as the new one was not cloudy at all and tasted completely fine"

However, after a visit to reception and a polite request for change of room, we were upgraded to a suite, free of charge, which was much more comfortable.
