"Check in was super easy. Pictures don’t do the room justice it’s actually very roomy and clean! Small kitchenette with appliances and two beach chairs were provided. 20-25 min walk from main strip (pizza city) where the party continues after the Placita closes. Host was very nice, checked in when I had trouble with the WiFi due to rain the night before and moved belongings out of the rain for us when we were napping! Definitely recommend staying here! P.S cheaper to get Uber off the main strip"

But once other guests showed up to tell us how the elevator worked, everything else about the stay was great. The downsides were, it wasn’t super clean, not terrible, just not up to par with what I typically expect from a rental. There was lots of trash and broken things all around the property. None of the three grills was usable. The kitchen was I’ll equipped to handle the number of people who could stay there. The upside to that is that there is tons of great food nearby to go out...
