Would stay again

Basic, clean, comfortable,friendly, warm. Excellent choice at breakfast. Very close to tube and light railway

Far out from London

Don't believe the hype. This place is in a bad neighborhood in London that is not anywhere near any of the main sections of the city. Pay the extra and stay somewhere closer in. We didnt feel safe at night here.

Good service

The hotel and service were good, but it was a little far from the main touristic attractions.

great hotel

i definitely enjoyed the hotel, it was VERY close to public transportation which was great. I will definitely stay at another holiday inn if I ever go back to London.

A bizarre room

We had asked for a quiet room away from the elevator and sure enough the room was the farthest from the elevator and quiet but the room itself was very small and did not have a proper closet only a couple of shelves built around the TV. The bathroom was equipped for someone who was disabled with grab handles everywhere and the shower was mounted lower on the wall for access in a wheelchair - no good to someone who was able bodied.
