Impressive Apartments
fab clean accommodation that had all the facilities - extremely generous room sizes and house keeping daily - great location with Pimlico Tube round the corner - great local bars and eateries - what is there not to love about this place - 2nd visit and will return

Nice bachelor pad with some history by the Thames.
This place at the rather political notorious Dolphin Square provided a bijou apartment that was just comfortably a bachelor's pad. At check-in I was given a WiFi access voucher that was only valid for one device, to connect other devices, you either tethered to your mobile phone or had to pay extra. The living is joined to a small kitchen, that has a stove, a microwave oven and a small fridge freezer, there is no washing machine or dishwasher. There is a launderette in the apartment complex, a dry cleaners, a gym and spa and a local supermarket/grocery. There is a flat screen television in the living room and the bedroom with ample storage in the reception. You probably cannot run a home office from this apartment and there is no air conditioning or fans installed. It is close to the Pimlico Underground Station and for casual walks the Thames Path leads to Chelsea Bridge and on to Battersea Park. It was quiet when I was there. For a few night's it is ideal, it would in my view work for long stayers as a home.

The property was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The property has a spa, a restaurant, a pool, and a coffee shop. The beds were comfy, the room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. There’s a small shop in the eastern corridor passed the steps, but also a Tesco nearby, as well as several other shops and amenities. There is a primary school across the street, so it can be “loud” early, but being a parent, that doesn’t bother me (and also depends which way your room faces). There is a beautiful garden in the middle of the complex with great sights, and the location is a less than 5 minute walk to Pimlico tube station and about 15 minute walk to the Victoria station, making it very convenient to get around the city. I will definitely stay here again!!

Stayed four years ago and it was a much different place. Very tired and old. Needs renovations. Best part of the previous stay was the amazing breakfast they had. Although They claim breakfast is included it’s a pastry and a coffee. Expedia booking was also terrible to deal with. I gave up trying to change my stay by a day.

Fit for purpose
Fit for purpose, staff made me feel welcome. Nice for a short stay only. Limited in what you can make in the kitchenette as there was no oven only microwave oven. Sofa, table and chairs were uncomfortable but loved the king size bed, would consider stay again if at a good rate otherwise would stay at another apartment hotel.

The flat was sparse although large and too HOT! Only way to control temperature was to open windows. Furnishings rather drab.

Great self-catering stopover in Pimlico
Conveniently located nr Pimlico tube or C10 bus from Victoria, the apartments are quiet, spacious and set in lovely gardens. Did not use pool as closed but it's a good size. Gym still open but not used.

Great Value
For the value you can't be the Dolphin House. We had a one bedroom apartment with a king bed for a third of the price we would have paid for a small room with a queen or double bed. The apartments aren't flashy, but they are very comfortable and clean. Having the extra space was nice and the small kitchenette was very convenient. We ate at the restaurant and found it to be very good and the servers very friendly. There were several grocers nearby and the tube was a short 5 minute walk. My wife and I like to walk so the 15 to 20 minute walk to Central London and the sights was no big deal and the tube was very convenient for the longer trips. Restaurants in the area are limited but found two we enjoyed, the Goya was excellent serving Spanish tapas and sea food. Also the local pub called The Gallery was great as well. Had the seafood platter which was very good. Highly recommend the Dolphin House.

I loved the fact that it was centrally located near public transportation, both buses and tubes. There were many excellent restaurant choices within walking distance as well as shopping and other entertainment. They provided free laundry facilities which I also loved! I will definitely stay here again when I’m in London!

Very poor customer service.
really poor experience. Bedroom radiator on full blast with no way of turning down - reception couldnt help till next day so we had to sleep on floor in lounge area. Next day no hot water in complex. Really poor value for money and would be looking for at least a partial refund.

Everything about the hotel was fabulous the rooms were gorgeous and beautifully clean. My only quibble was that the bar /grill wasn’t open at weekends Weather this is a result of covid / staffing problems I don’t know We came in for a few drinks before going to bed and asked reception where the bar was. He directed us ( very poor, vague directions) he let us skip off in search, only to find it doesn’t open at weekends, surely he knew it was closed… ! We were a bit miffed to be honest

Space excellent. Only issue was the amount of heat being pumped out by bathroom towel rail. If the bathroom door was left open, the bedroom got way too hot, even with both windows open. If we shut the door, the bathroom became unbearably hot - enough to cook a goose!

Great place for a city break
Dolphin Square is a great place to stay when visiting London as it is just outside of the very busy central areas, but close enough to get a taxi or bus. You can even walk as it’s only a couple of miles for Piccadilly/Trafalgar Square/Oxford Street etc The accommodation is functional and there is plenty of space. The beds are extremely comfortable! The addition of the pool/gym makes it feel much more like a holiday.. Will stay here again.

Enjoyable stay in Dolphin Square
A very good location, giving freedom to explore London by public transport. Spacious studio apartment, well equipped and the building was pleasantly quiet. We were disappointed that the towels were all changed on each of our three day stay - there didn't seem to be a way of changing this routine. One of the mattresses was in need of replacement.

Our home in London!
We really enjoyed our stay. Our one bedroom apartment felt like a home from home, my husband swam everyday and the closest to the Pimlico tube was ideal.
