Checked out a day early! The solid glass shower door was falling off the hinges, scraping the floor, I had notified front desk 2 days earlier with no results. They have a no refund policy so I lost that night fee.

Big room, big shower/bathroom too. Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly and polite. No complaints. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the metro line that goes to the airport. Plenty of restaurants near by.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms but iron and teamaking facilities would be helfpful. Tasty breakfast but could have more vegetarian/vegan options. Close to public transport, shops and restaurants. Safe area which was important as holidaying with famiy.

The hotel was in a good area for all transport, including metro direct to airport. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. 1 small bottle of water provided per day. No tea/coffee making facilities. Air conditioning was erratic. Bedside table was missing and a second chair would have been useful. TV was very quiet and not possible to increase volume so very difficult to hear above the air conditioning which could not be turned off. Did not try breakfast but plenty of other options nearby. Useful luggage storage facility.

Located close to several restaurants, a shopping mall, and convenient transportation links including both the metro and buses. Nevertheless, it's not on a main road and therefore quiet. An Uber from downtown ranges from €4-€8. Check-in was easy and the lobby area is pleasant. The decor of the whole hotel is modern and simple. The breakfast room is below ground and just about big enough, although can be full at peak times. Food selection and quality was good although bacon and croissants undercooked. Two lifts serve all floors. The rooms were spotless, and the daily cleaning regimen well executed. There's a large safe in the closet, ample hanging/storage space, and a desk, although the chair wasn't suitable for sitting and working for long periods. The downsides, however, were unacceptable: - the front door is heavy and difficult to open; - there is a short flight of steps on the ground floor to access the lifts which is cumbersome with heavy luggage; - I booked two double rooms for single occupation, expecting a large, comfortable bed. In fact, it was two single beds pushed together. During the night, they drifted apart leaving a canyon, and I was unable to sleep properly for 4 days; - the rooms were fitted with baths featuring flimsy, clingy shower curtains, which is a pet hate of mine; - several bulbs were out for my entire stay; - the bath and sink drained very slowly; - electrical sockets not conveniently located and no USB points. I would not book this hotel again.

Would say it's more a 3 than 4 star, bedding wasn't the cleanest. Safe was broken got promised various times it would be fixed, but never happened. Overall ok for the price I paid.

The place was ideal and close to a shopping mall. Only about a 30 minute walk to the Arch and downtown. Room was warm and did not have air conditioning. Windows were able to open. Lighting in the hallways was very dark not used to such dim hallways. Check in was easy and staff was great

Great location near major metro station, restaurants, groceries. Nice large bathroom. However, certainly not a 4 star hotel as they claim, due to the following issues: Should be a ramp to roll heavy lugguge up to their elevator. Bedroom was nondescript / without character. Fluctuating shower temperature. Room pass card kept malfunctioning. Air temperature control was overly complicated, could not maintain room comfort. Small TV /Remote need updating. Cable channel package was very limited.

All staff except checkout were great. We told checkout mould in bathroom was told ya. No coffee pot supposed to be 4 star not upto standard. ight staff said all 4 star have coffee in room but not there not willing to pay 8 euros for coffee in morning. Had to pay cash for morning shuddle to airport not licence company but he was good driver.red light flashing all nite in ceiling, signs on door to bright to sleep.

Nice base for exploring Lisbon
Our stay was overall, very positive. The room was bright, airy and clean. The daily room cleaning was very thorough. The location was great for getting around by metro and buses. And there were convenient supermarkets etc near by for snacks and anything you missed in your packing. Check in was a little slow and bizarrely the hotel had no forks when we ask for one following a take out order after a long day of sight seeing (while they don’t offer room service, they do offer a breakfast [which we didn’t have] so thought this was a bit odd/unhelpful). Overall, we would stay again.

Staff is rude. As a regular client although I knew the booking was nonrefundable and I had to check out earlier for personal reasons asked not to be refunded but to change the night one week ahead. Said was impossible as a revenue manager in an hotel i know it’s possible as a deal with decisions like that all the time. The receptionist i spoke on the phone hoping for the hotel to be flexible and reasonable as so rude that actually hang up the phone in my face. Totally unacceptable cliente for a frequent client now imagine for a non frequent client?
