This hotel is in a very vibrant pedestrian neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and switched us to a room on the first floor when they saw I was walking on crutches, so I only needed to go up one set of stairs instead of three. Our room was at the back of the hotel so we didn't have any noise complaints from the busy streets. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed the location. The bedroom was ok, bed was comfortable, shower was good, wifii perfect and access to kitchen great for quick breakfast. The hotel would need a bit of upgrade. Noisy at night until 1am but normal for the area and no problem with earplugs.

The room was clean and location is perfect, if you’re okay to walk as cars cannot get to the door. The staff was very helpful as well. Downside, the beds were terribly hard, bathroom is tiny and shower gets full of water really quickly. If you carry heavy bags bear in mind there is no lift and rooms are in the third floor. Also if you struggle with noise this is not the place, but we did know that before and we had ear plugs which sort that problem out.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating to us, great service. The location is amazing, right in the middle of he lively Bairro Alto. We had a room facing the street but the balcony door did a great job blocking the noise and didn't bother our sleep. The A/C unit was a plus!

It”s ok. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is very convenient. Lots of restaurants and bars around. The only thing is people from the bars that stays late at night keep making noises which makes it uncomfortable to fall asleep. Other than that it’s ok.

Don’t follow the bad reviews, really a great stay and a good neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants, tourist areas, etc, the room was with a lot of pillows, extra blanket, ac and heater working really good! The bathroom is small but you’re in Europe! This is something completely normal, the building is old but again is Europe! Receptionist were really helpful and nice! We stayed at a room with a private bathroom and everything was fine! I recommend
