"Check-in was smooth and the desk employees were pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom lighting was excellent for make-up, a good thing since we were attending Fanime. Bring your own water bottles since the room waters cost $3 each. This is a good hotel to stay at for Fanime since it is connected to the San Jose Convention Center. We left our car in the San Jose Convention Center garage for 2 days and it was fine."
