"We loved the property. Most of the staffs were amazing and super friendly except Carlos from excursion who wasn't interested in helping us to book excursion, he said go book with expedia. And if I am not wrong, supervisor from buffet restaurant was rude. Other than that, Out of 9 nights, we used jacuzzi 4 times and 2 times it wasn't working. We did complain about it once and it worked then stopped working. But overall property waa beautiful. "

"Everything was great about the resort. The entertainment was very good at night. The service was spectacular. Definitely bring dollars to tip. It wasn't overly crowded and had a great spot on the beach. They make you feel special. The food was not the best. It looks like they have all the ingredients to make everything, they just dont really know how to make it. One of many examples, I ordered a French toast for breakfast which is offered. They brought me toast topped with some slices of brie, strawberries and condensed milk. We also ordered the salmon ravioli one night (also on the menu) and they brought a piece of cream cheese wrapped in smoked salmon....that isn't a ravioli. Again we had a lot instances of this to the point that we were trying to decipher what on the menu would actually come out correctly or be cooked well (why overcook lobster!?). Someone just needs to come in with actual cuisine experience to guide how all of the restaurants are preparing and cooking food. "
