The staff were fabulous, this resort is large enough but not so big that you have to walk forever to get to the various areas. Beach was cleaned each day. Ocean a little rough with red flags but we still went in up to our waists. Lots of activities like pool bingo and beach games. They did a special dinner and decorated our room for our anniversary!!! Recommend them highly.

The staff and the service they gave were really great. The ocean was very clean. The food was ideal. If I had to sum it up in one sentence, it was one of the best holidays I've ever had in my life.

Since this was my wife and I first trip out of the USA, what better place to visit was this amazing hotel. Like to call out several associates who provided excellent exceptional service. Ramon, Jacobs, Luis Roberto, Eduardo, Louise, amazing ladies at the spa Delsy and Lidy, the lady who gave us great service for room 10007. I could go on to great cooks, receptionists, lawn care, drivers. Every where we went greeted with warm, sincere smile and helloOla. The name of the hotel Excellence truly describes this amazing hotel and this amazing staff who displays superior customer service. Thank you for great 5 days. And yes we will be back soon.
